I started thinking about 2-color versions, but realized I am in desperate need of review on spot colors and color separations. Got to get a grip on that first.
The monochrome bl/wh version looks fine, not sure what I'm seeing in the bottom one?
To make this into a 2/color version... you will need to choose 2 PMS colors, and recolor the letters as well as the salamander one of those colors. Yes... there will be some work involved in translating the salamander into 2 colors... unless you pull this monochromatic version of him into Photoshop and make him into a duotone or colorize the grayscale. There are ways to translate the colors without selecting each internal shape and assigning a new color to each shape!
